Who we are
Ms. Gökçeçiçek Kalayci, is the Founder and Managing Director of Seven of Nine. She is an accomplished professional, currently serves also as the Managing Director at Tipik, leading the organization with strategic acumen since December 2022. With a robust background in business development, Gökçeçiçek previously held the position of Business Development Director at Tipik Communications from April 2018 to May 2022, contributing significantly to the company's success in public sector contract acquisition. Gökçeçiçek's expertise extends to the academic realm, where she taught EU Strategic Communications Design Methodology as part of the Executive Masters Programme in European Public Affairs and Communications at IHECS Academy for several years. Her extensive career also includes a decade-long tenure as a Senior Director/Proposal Director at ICF International, where she played a vital role in executive management in its operations in Europe and Asia. Prior to this role, Gökçeçiçek worked for more than 10 years in her native country Turkiye in various management and experts positions for highly reputable agencies.
Gökçe possesses valuable certifications directly relevant to her roles in business development and proposal management. These include the APMG International's APMP® Bid and Proposal Management Practitioner certification, demonstrating her proficiency in industry best practices. Gökçe has also studied Strategic Innovation Management at Copenhagen Business School, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of strategic business concepts. Her certifications in Project Management Foundations: Procurement and PRINCE2 further underscore her expertise in project management methodologies.
Gökçeçiçek holds a Master of Arts degree in European Studies from University of Leiden and Istanbul Bilgi University. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Istanbul University.
